SHIPPING POLICY

Lindt Chocolate is premium quality chocolate, and is also perishable. In order to ensure that you receive our chocolate in premium condition, we carefully pack and protect your order and include ice packs for select states and orders to maintain ideal conditions during shipping. We ship using UPS delivery, and are unable to process orders shipping to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During the Checkout Process you have the option to choose a delivery method. Available delivery methods and costs will be provided during checkout and reflect real-time information provided by our shipping provider, UPS.

Our products require special handling to ensure they arrive to their destination in excellent condition. Please see specific shipping policies below:

PLEASE NOTE: Lindt will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the July 4th Holiday. We will not be shipping any orders on this date. We will resume all shipping on Monday, July 6th.

Shipping during September - June

During the months of September through June, Ground orders placed Monday through Wednesday (before 3pm EST) will be shipped via UPS Ground delivery to the following states:

Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia.

If your state is not listed for Ground delivery, or if you wish to expedite and guarantee your order delivery for the same week, you may select the available expedited shipping methods. Expedited shipping orders placed before 3pm EST will ship the same business day as follows:

Overnight Express Shipping orders will be sent out Monday through Thursday
2nd Day Air Shipping orders will be sent out Monday through Wednesday
Overnight:Saturday Delivery orders ship on Fridays*

*UPS delivers on Saturday to select zip codes only. Lindt will ship for Saturday Delivery wherever such services are available. If this service is not available, you will be contacted.

Shipping during July & August

During summer months (July & August) we limit all shipments to expedited shipping methods to ensure optimal quality condition for your order's arrival. Expedited shipping orders placed before 3pm EST will ship the same business day as follows:

Overnight Express Shipping orders will be sent out Monday through Thursday
2nd Day Air Shipping orders will be sent out Monday through Wednesday
Overnight:Saturday Delivery orders ship on Fridays*

*UPS delivers on Saturday to select zip codes only. Lindt will ship for Saturday Delivery wherever such services are available. If this service is not available, you will be contacted.

Shipment methods of 2nd Day Air, Overnight Express, and Overnight:Saturday Delivery are available to all states with the exception of:

Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.

States listed above may only select Overnight Express during July & August.

All Orders

Ground orders placed Thursday through Sunday shipping to any state will ship the following week. This policy is to ensure your order is not sitting in unfavorable weather conditions over a weekend.

*Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed on our next business day. Cancellations must be requested by 3pm EST the day the order is placed (or next business day if order is placed on a weekend).
