In order to ensure that you receive our chocolate in premium condition, we carefully pack and protect your order and include ice packs for select states and orders to maintain ideal conditions during shipping. We ship our chocolate products using UPS delivery, and are unable to process orders shipping to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. During the Checkout Process you have the option to choose a delivery method. Available delivery methods and costs will be provided during checkout. Our products require special handling to ensure they arrive to their destination in excellent condition. We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please ensure the address is accurate so that we may deliver your order in excellent condition. Lindt will not be responsible for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. Please see specific shipping policies below: Shipping Gift CardsLindt gift cards being sent via standard shipping are sent free of charge, via USPS First Class. If you wish to expedite your gift card order, you may select UPS 2nd Day or Overnight delivery options, and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. If your gift card order will be shipping with any of our chocolate products, it will be processed as all other orders - via UPS methods. Shipping during July & AugustDuring summer months (July & August) we limit almost all shipments to expedited shipping methods to ensure optimal quality condition for your order's arrival. UPS Ground shipping is available for ME, VT, NH, CT, RI and MA only. Expedited shipping orders placed before 3pm EST will ship the same business day as follows:
