Our website offers a full product assortment, making it easy to place your order at any time. If you are using a Lindt catalog, search products by item number for quick and easy ordering.
Multiple Gift Recipients
We are happy to ship gifts to multiple recipients. Please contact our team at 1.877.MY.LINDT or b2busa@lindt.com for our Multiple Ship To Form. We guarantee the confidentiality of your recipient lists. Please ensure all shipping addresses provided are accurate. This service is considered a custom order, and is available for a $1,500 order minimum. For customized or Multiple Ship To corporate orders, please allow 10-12 business days for customization items processing from the date of order confirmation. To simplify preparation of your Multiple Ship To list, please call 1-877-MY-LINDT to be sent a copy of our MST form.
Order Processing
For corporate orders, please allow three business days for processing from the date of order confirmation. For customized corporate orders, please allow 10 to 12 business days for processing from the date of order confirmation and receipt of billing information. Additions to orders already in the process of production or customization are treated as a new order. Standard production time will apply.
Payment Methods
We gladly accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Lindt Chocolate Gift Cards. We are unable to accept checks, money orders or cash. Lindt is required to collect sales tax on all merchandise shipping to those states as required by law: AL, AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NJ, NM, NY, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA.
Shipping Policies
Using UPS delivery, we ship directly from our headquarters in Stratham, NH. To ensure product quality, we are unable to offer ground shipping to select states. Available shipping methods for your state will be detailed at the time of order processing. We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please provide a street address, suite or apartment number when necessary to ensure proper delivery. When possible, provide a secure address or one at which someone can receive your chocolate. Regretfully, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will ship the following day provided inventory is available.
