How-To: LINDOR Easter Egg Pops
We know cake pops are all the rage right now. A bite-sized “lollipop” of frosted cake that’s cute, tasty, and easy to enjoy on-the-go. But if you don’t have the time to make (and clean up after!) a traditional cake pop recipe, try these easy Easter Egg Pops made with Lindt LINDOR Easter Eggs!
All you need for this fun DIY is melted white chocolate (try the Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE bar) that is cooled slightly but not cold enough to seize up, milk chocolate Lindt LINDOR Easter Eggs, multi-colored frosting and sprinkles, and lollipop sticks.
Gently insert lollipop sticks into LINDOR Easter Eggs, just far enough that they can stand on their own when placed in a glass.
One by one, dip LINDOR Easter Eggs into melted white chocolate and coat completely. Let dry right-side up and decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
Once the decorated eggs are completely dry, wrap in cellophane, add a gift tag, and tuck into an Easter basket for a unique and sweet surprise.
PRO TIP: If you want to cover your eggs in sprinkles, do it while the white chocolate is still wet to help adhere sprinkles to the eggs.
