Thomas Schnetzler is a Swiss Maître Chocolatier who lives in Australia. He has been in the country for nearly 10 years and enjoys his job with Lindt & Sprüngli, Australia. He loves the versatility of chocolate. You can bake it, carve it, and even experiment with it, spending many hours creating something beautiful. Growing up in Switzerland, Thomas was fascinated with the beautiful Easter bunnies displayed in local chocolate shops. His biggest challenge is getting all of the chefs in Australia to temper their chocolate. Thomas believes that in order to be a good Maître Chocolatier, in addition to having a good eye and patience, you must try what you are making.
