An Update From Lindt USA

STRATHAM, N.H. (May 5, 2020)

To our Lindt Chocolate Family,

As our country, and the world, continues to navigate the many challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, we hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe.

Like much of the nation, Lindt is closely monitoring state and local developments in coronavirus cases and public health guidelines. Although most of our Lindt Chocolate Shops across the country remain closed for the time being (aside from Curbside Pick Up in selected locations), we are beginning to plan for a gradual reopening of stores in less-affected areas of the country.

Collaborating with local business leaders, public health experts, and city and state officials, we are planning to reopen our first set of stores this week. Additional Lindt stores will be reopened only when local health and government officials deem it safe to do so.

As we look forward to welcoming you back to our Lindt Chocolate Shops, our highest priority remains the health and safety of our employees and customers. We will continue to do everything in our power to maintain a safe environment for everyone who visits our store or works on our premises. At Lindt Chocolate Shops, we are putting several safety measures in place including limiting the number of guests in stores, adhering to the 6’ social distancing guidelines, adding sanitizing stations and installing plexi guards at our cash registers. In addition, masks and gloves will be worn by our Chocolate Advisors. You can review a full list of all safety measures here.

Although it’s clear we must move cautiously, we’re encouraged to be taking these first, small steps toward the safe reopening of our Lindt Chocolate Shops. We remain as always committed to our employees and the communities we serve. Thank you for being our valued customer.
