For more advanced decorating, pipe tinted royal icing in decorative patterns on egg pops after chocolate coating has set.

Ingredients

  • 12 milk chocolate 18 g LINDOR eggs
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • 2 bars (100 g) Lindt White Chocolate CLASSIC RECIPE bar, melted
  • Assorted sprinkles

Method

  1. Carefully peel away the foil wrapper from the bottom of each egg to expose a small area of chocolate. Gently insert a lollipop stick halfway into each egg. Completely remove and discard foil wrapper.
  2. Slowly melt the white chocolate and dip eggs in melted chocolate, swirling to coat completely. Gently tap against the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
  3. Decorate the egg pops with assorted sprinkles. Arrange in drinking glasses or jars so they stand upright without touching, until set
