Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This easy and refreshing breakfast is full of texture and flavor. Accented with superfoods like dark chocolate and goji berries, this easy-to-make dish is nutritious and tasty!
Ingredients
- Smoothie:
- 3 1/4 Cups Frozen blueberries
- 1 Frozen banana, sliced
- 1 Cup Coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup
- Toppings:
- 2 Tbsp Goji berries
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Cup Frozen blueberries
- 1/3 Cup Granola
- 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
- 4 Squares Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Coconut Chocolate Bar

Put the 3 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, banana, coconut milk and agave syrup into blender and pulse until smooth.

Divide the smoothie between two serving bowls. Top evenly with goji berries, sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, granola, coconut and cacao nibs. Garnish with two squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Chocolate.
