  • Assemble the gingerbread house according to the directions on the package with the royal icing
  • Place the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water and leave to melt for 5-6 minutes without stirring. Remove the bowl from the heat and leave the chocolate to cool for a few minutes until it is a pipeable consistency
