Mini Spiced Chocolate Bundt Cakes

These wonderfully warming spiced cakes are perfect for baking during the cold and chilly winter months. We have used a combination of our EXCELLENCE 45% and 55% Cocoa Milk Chocolate Bars; if you prefer a more intense flavour, use our EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate instead.

You can find mini bundt tins (also known as Mini Gugelhupf tins) online - they are perfect for making your favourite bakes look a little extra special. 

 

Makes about 18 - the exact number will vary depending on the size of your mini bundt tins.

Ingredients

  • 75 ml full-fat milk
  • 80 g golden caster sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160Fan/Gas 4. Grease 18 holes of mini bundt tins (see Tip).
  • Pour the milk into a saucepan with 35 g of the sugar and the ground mixed spice. Slowly bring to the boil, stirring often.
