Bananas Foster S’mores
Caramelized bananas add depth of flavor and playful sweetness to the classic chocolate and roasted marshmallow flavors of s’mores.

Ingredients
- 1 bar (4.4 oz) Lindt Milk Chocolate CLASSIC RECIPE Bar
- 4 tsp butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 graham crackers (each 2 1/2 inches square)
- 6 large marshmallows, roasted
- TIPS:
- Add rum to the bananas foster mixture if desired: Remove skillet from heat after Step 1. Stir in 1/4 cup rum to bananas mixture, then return to heat. To flambé, ignite with long match or barbecue lighter.
- The alcohol should burn off in a few seconds and the flame will extinguish. (If flame does not extinguish, cover pan with lid.) Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Continue with Step 2.
- Roast marshmallows under broiler on foil-lined baking sheet for 30 to 60 seconds or until lightly toasted.
Instructions
- In large skillet set over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar. Increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes or until brown sugar has dissolved and started to caramelize. Add bananas, lime juice and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until bananas start to soften and caramel sauce thickens.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Divide bananas mixture over 6 crackers. Top each cracker with 6 squares CLASSIC RECIPE Milk Chocolate Bar and a roasted marshmallow. Cap with remaining crackers.
