Returns and Guarantees

LINDT & SPRÜNGLI QUALITY GUARANTEE

At Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. (“Lindt”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a Lindt® product you purchased from our website (LindtUSA.com) or from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, please reach out to us and we'll assist with a resolution. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Lindt & Sprüngli Quality Guarantee ("Guarantee") is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How To Claim The Guarantee

If you purchased from LindtUSA.com:

Please contact Lindt Consumer Service at +1 877 MY LINDT (+1 877 695 4638) and have your order information available.  Please note that you will be required to provide photograph(s) of your product and confirm your order information to verify Guarantee eligibility.*  You must submit your Guarantee request within fourteen (14) days of the date of original purchase from LindtUSA.com.

If you purchased from a Lindt Chocolate Shop:

Please return your product to the Lindt store from whom it was purchased for an exchange. You will be required to provide a receipt to verify Guarantee eligibility.  You must submit your Guarantee request within seven (7) days of the date of original purchase.

If you purchased from another Lindt Authorized Seller:

If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom it was purchased, please contact Lindt Consumer Service at +1 877 MY LINDT (+1 877 695 4638) and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Please note that you will be required to provide photograph(s) of your product and to verify Guarantee eligibility.* You must submit your Guarantee request within fourteen (14) days of the date of original purchase if you purchased your Lindt product online or within seven (7) days of the date of original purchase if you purchased it in a brick-and-mortar retail setting.

*Depending on the situation, you may also be required to return your product directly to Lindt. If we request that you return the product to us, a member of our consumer service team will work with you to facilitate the return free of charge.

Guarantee Guidelines

Lindt reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Lindt & Sprüngli Guarantee. This Guarantee is limited to one remedy per name, address, or household.

Lindt cannot be responsible for orders returned to us due to invalid addresses, or non-adherence to our shipping policies. For delivery and shipping policies and requirements, see our shipping page.
