Lindt wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with our delicious chocolate. With Lindt, your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact Lindt Customer Service or call +1 877 MY LINDT (+1 877 695 4638) within 14 days of receipt for assistance with a return or replacement order. We may ask you to provide detailed information and photograph(s) of any issue(s) you may have experienced with your order. Lindt does not normally request orders to be returned but in select circumstances, we may ask you to return your order.
