Cold-Packed in warm shipping timelines and based on destination to ensure your order arrives in fresh and delicious condition.

All orders are packed with care to ensure your chocolate arrives fresh and in delicious condition.

During warmer weather periods, based on order destination, orders are cold-packed with ice packs to avoid melting.

Due to high temperatures and perishable nature of our product/risk of melting, standard ground shipping is not available as a shipping method
for deliveries to some states from April 22 – September 15, 2020.

Customers in these states listed below may select either 2-Day or Overnight shipping at checkout. Those orders will be shipped
with ice packs to ensure safety of our product.

Deliveries to these locations are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions that are Ground Shipping/Standard Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Affected states are:

We are unable to ship via any method to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses (U.S. only). Residential deliveries via Ground shipping now include Saturday (weekend) delivery. Saturday (weekend) deliveries are not available with 2-Day or Overnight Shipping or with Ground ship to non-residential or business addresses.

After shipments have left Lindt fulfillment facility and are in FedEx ownership, Lindt is not liable for FedEx delivery timing. Customers can check order status by using their tracking number at tracking.

Lindt occasionally offers free shipping promotions. Check our Sales and Special Offers page to see if a free shipping promotion is currently available.


During the checkout process on our website, you will have the option to choose from available FedEx delivery methods. We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please provide a street address, suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. Please take extra care when entering as Lindt cannot bear responsibility for shipping errors due to inaccurate or incompletely entered addresses.

After you've submitted your order and received a valid FedEx Tracking number (tracking numbers are emailed at approximately 11:00 pm ET on the day your order ships), you have the option to customize your shipping arrangements with our FedEx shipping partner. To do so, please visit for further information. You must create an account with FedEx for this FedEx delivery customization option.

After first delivery attempt

Although your order is cold-packed to prevent melting, due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt, or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our FedEx shipping partner.

Shipping Gift Cards

Gift cards being sent alone via standard shipping are sent free of charge. If you wish to expedite your gift card order, you may select FedEx options, and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. Please note: Gift cards shipping with other chocolate product will be sent via FedEx methods only. This is to ensure proper quality of the chocolate during shipment. Multiple ship-to addresses

An order placed online can be shipped to multiple addresses. To ship to multiple addresses, enter and save the first address during checkout, and you will then have the option to use multiple shipping addresses. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also contain tracking information. If you don't see either email, please check your email spam folder. If you have shipped to multiple addresses, you will receive a single order confirmation email, and separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipping address.
