Warm Weather Shipping is in Effect for the following states
Due to high temperatures and perishable nature of our product/risk of melting, Standard/Ground shipping is not available as a shipping method for deliveries to some states (noted below)
Customers in the states listed below may select either “Second Day” or “Overnight” shipping during checkout. Those orders will be expedited using the ship method you have selected to ensure the safety and quality of our product.
Deliveries to these listed locations requiring Second-Day or Overnight are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping promotions. These orders (Orders $75+) are however eligible for reduced-rate Second Day Shipping (with significant discount on Second Day Shipping Costs using “SHIPSAVE” discount code – see discounted costs above in ship cost grid). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
SHIPPING METHODS AND FULFILLMENT TIMELINES
Orders placed before 12:00 Noon ET leave Lindt
FedEx Ground (Standard) all states except AK and HI
Within 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat)
FedEx Second Day (Second Day) all states
Orders placed Monday - Wed ship within 1-3 business days
Orders placed Thurs - Friday ship following Monday
Order placed Sat- Sunday – ship following Tuesday
We are unable to ship via any method to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses (U.S. only).
Residential deliveries via Standard shipping now include Saturday (weekend) delivery.
Saturday (weekend) deliveries are not available with Second Day or with Standard ship to non-residential or business addresses.
After shipments have left Lindt fulfillment facility and are in FedEx ownership, Lindt is not liable for FedEx delivery timing. Customers can check order status by using their tracking number at FedEx.com tracking.

After you've submitted your order and received a valid FedEx

After first delivery attempt
Although your order is cold-packed to prevent melting, due to the perishable nature of our
products we cannot be responsible for the condition of orders
that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt, or that
you may have updated or revised through any customization
options with our FedEx shipping partner.
Shipping Gift Cards
If your order contains only gift card(s) using standard shipping, they are sent free
of charge. If you wish to expedite
your gift card order, you may select FedEx Second Day or Next Day options, and applicable
charges will be displayed during checkout.

Multiple ship-to addresses
An order placed online can be shipped to multiple
addresses. To ship to multiple addresses, enter and save the
first address during checkout, and you will then have the
option to use multiple shipping addresses. Alternatively you

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order you will receive an order
confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a
shipping confirmation email, which will also contain tracking
information. If you don't see either email, please check your
email spam folder. If you have shipped to multiple addresses,
you will receive a single order confirmation email, and
separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipping
