All orders are packed with care and cold-packed with reusable ice packs to ensure your chocolate arrives fresh and in delicious condition.

After shipments have left Lindt fulfillment facility and are in FedEx ownership, Lindt is not liable for FedEx delivery timing. Customers can check order status by using their tracking number at FedEx.com tracking.

Residential deliveries via Ground shipping now include Saturday (weekend) delivery. Saturday (weekend) deliveries are not available with 2-Day or Overnight Shipping or with Ground ship to non-residential or business addresses. We are unable to ship via any method to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses.

Delivery

During the checkout process on our website, you will have the option to choose from available FedEx delivery methods. We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please provide a street address, suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. Please take extra care when entering as Lindt cannot bear responsibility for shipping errors due to inaccurate or incompletely entered addresses.

After you've submitted your order and received a valid FedEx Tracking number (tracking numbers are emailed at approximately 11:00 pm ET on the day your order ships), you have the option to customize your shipping arrangements with our FedEx shipping partner. To do so, please visit www.fedex.com/us/delivery for further information. You must create an account with FedEx for this FedEx delivery customization option.

Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt, or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our FedEx shipping partner.

Saturday delivery and shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

Great news! Residential deliveries via Ground shipping now include Saturday (weekend) delivery (in some states, Saturday delivery is not available during current "warm/higher heat season" - see listing below for states that are not included in Saturday delivery due to potential issues keeping product cold while shipping. Saturday (weekend) deliveries are not available with 2-Day or Overnight Shipping or with Ground ship to non-residential or business addresses. We are unable to ship via any method to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or international addresses.

Due to the risk of heat damage and required "air" delivery, Saturday delivery is not available to the following states:
AK, AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, LA, MS, NV, TX

Shipping Gift Cards

Gift cards being sent alone via standard shipping are sent free of charge. If you wish to expedite your gift card order, you may select FedEx options, and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. Please note: Gift cards shipping with other chocolate product will be sent via FedEx methods only. This is to ensure proper quality of the chocolate during shipment. Multiple ship-to addresses

An order placed online can be shipped to multiple addresses. To ship to multiple addresses, enter and save the first address during checkout, and you will then have the option to use multiple shipping addresses. Alternatively you may call +1 877 MY LINDT   (+1 877 695 4638) and a Lindt representative will assist you.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also contain tracking information. If you don't see either email, please check your email spam folder. If you have shipped to multiple addresses, you will receive a single order confirmation email, and separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipping address.
