Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie Bowl Recipe
This easy and refreshing breakfast is full of texture and flavor. Accented with superfoods like dark chocolate and goji berries, this easy-to-make dish is nutritious and tasty!
Coconut Dark Chocolate EXCELLENCE Bar (3.5 oz)
- 3 1/4 Cups Frozen blueberries
- 1 Frozen banana, sliced
- 1 Cup Coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup
- 2 Tbsp Goji berries
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Cup Frozen blueberries
- 1/3 Cup Granola
- 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
- 4 Squares Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Coconut Chocolate Bar
- Put the 3 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, banana, coconut milk and agave syrup into blender and pulse until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie between two serving bowls. Top evenly with goji berries, sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, granola, coconut and cacao nibs. Garnish with two squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Chocolate.
