Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • Smoothie:
  • 3 1/4 Cups Frozen blueberries
  • 1 Frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp Agave syrup
  • Toppings:
  • 2 Tbsp Goji berries
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 Cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 Cup Granola
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
  • 4 Squares Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Coconut Chocolate Bar

Instructions

  • Put the 3 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, banana, coconut milk and agave syrup into blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Divide the smoothie between two serving bowls. Top evenly with goji berries, sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, granola, coconut and cacao nibs. Garnish with two squares of Lindt EXCELLENCE Dark Chocolate.
